Of special note during this period is the set of Thule stamps issued 1935-1936.
They were issued by the Private Thule Company in northwestern Greenland, founded
by the the artic explorer Knud Rasmussen, with the purpose to assist the Eskimos
in this part of Greenland that was beyond the reach of the KGH.
